Once the bins are full, you can request a pick up via our website.

You can receive your refund in your nominated bank account.

- Fill our the the form below to schedule your pickup with our driver.
- Please book at least 24 hours before pickup is required.
- Make sure any additional instructions are included.
- Bins or bags must be accessible location.
- No less than 300 containers are required per pickup.
- You must have a Scheme ID included in the bags. If you don’t have Scheme ID, you can sign up here.
This is a special offer to Ellenbrook Residents only while awaiting the opening of their new depot, every household is eligible to receive a bag and pickup.
